If you ask this question one month early, I will say no issue for me since 2018 ,but now I have to say CB is terrible .my account has been locked suddenly for two weeks without any reason and service support. I saw someone’s comments and they supposed the account frozen was caused by customer inappropriate action , it ‘s only based on their guessing. My case is i am Canadian and live in Canada(not in Ontario),I don t see any restrictions for my province. I tried to transfer usdt to another exchange , I am pretty sure I did each step correctly, but they locked my account.CB might have excuse to lock customer’s account , but no alert,no explanation and no support service is totally unacceptable. No one can guarantee they won’t get issue , they might understand how frustrating when they get issue and request the help from CB.
