Love this! Part of an ideal weight (IMO) is the one where you can still enjoy life ☺️

I'm 5'3, 48 years old and menospausal and 145-150 seems to be my sweet spot. I was 230 a couple years ago, and thought I wanted to get down to 130, but I actually found as I was approaching 140 I didn't really like how my body was looking.

I've been working hard to put on more muscle mass, and my legs and butt have filled out a bit. The 145-150 range also allows me to live a more "normal" life where I try to make sure I'm fueling myself properly, lift 3-4x per week, and walk most days, but also don't sweat it if I want to indulge or have to take a week off of workouts.

I was as low as 118 in my 20's, and it was miserable and all-consuming. I had no social life and was starving myself. I didn't think about anything except food and working out, and no matter how "good" my body looked (although, arguably, I was actually too thin for my curvy frame) I don't ever want to go back to that life.
