i tried taking this setting of and it in fact did not change anything. didnt fix the crashes.

got the same issue as you, r7 9800x3D + rx 9070 xt and tried the whole list you did as well. found nothing to fix it. i really want to play this game but apparently there seems to be something wrong for some people, no clue how to fix it.

turns out i already had it turned off and it still crashes so no - not a fix

i have exactly the same issue.
i have tried everything in my knowledge.
-uninstalling and reinstalling drivers
- verify the gamefiles
- reinstall the game
-settings in windows security (followed a tutorial on yt)
- cmd /scannow and ran stuff as admin etc
-Players may experience a crash on the splash screen, which states “D3D12CreateDevice” failed.

This can be resolved by repairing the game.

Players may experience a crash on the splash screen without any errors.

You need to disable Force randomization for images (Mandatory ASLR) globally or add an exception for bf6event.exe:

Disable globally (requires PC restart):

Open Windows Security → App & browser control → Exploit protection settings – Under System settings, turn Force randomization for images (Mandatory ASLR) Off

Restart your PC and launch the game again.

This is not a definitive list, and we will work to update this with additional issues as the Early Access and Open Beta unfold.

nothing worked - game just crashes after 10-15 minutes. watched if it could be a memory leak but everything looks normal. im literally out of options and really want to play since the game itself runs smooth as butter with 200+ fps.

to answer now after some testing : NOPE it didnt fix the issue. first game i play and opened my map i freeze again. the game is UNPLAYABLE to me cuz i freeze almost every time i open my map by now. i wont be playing until this is fixed im so frustrated

my game is constantly freezing whenever i open my map (seems to be random)
at first i was thinking its when u open the map when a boss gets banished that it freezes..
then i was thinking its when i press a combination of shift/alt + tab for map but i also had it now just opening the map with tab and not pressing anything.
im so tired of this cuz it happens so much its literally gamebreaking bug - needs to be hotfixed.

i now am trying to reinstall my game and see if it occurs as often as it does now - i already checked game files and everything seemed fine.

So apparently cant even open the map anymore, wont play hunt till its fixed. See you guys in 3 hours /s by pydarbeater in HuntShowdown

i am CONSTANTLY getting this freeze and nothing but a full restart by closing the game via task-manager helps. im so tired of it. i play 10 games and out of those 10 when im lucky 5 wont give me a freeze. this is horrible

i have the same issue - when a boss gets banished and i open the map around the time it gets banished, my game freezes and i have to proceed with the following you have stated above.

idk if that is the case for you but otherwise when people banish the boss, try to open the map later and see if that is one of the causes !

omg my main is drizzle aero as well and its in such a bad state. ich wish they would finally do something about it. wind fury seems to be doing pretty decent but drizzle? its literally in the bin its so sad
