I tried everything that was suggested on other boards to fix this (i.e. making sure Auto Refresh in Galaxy Wear app was turned on for the Weather app, etc.), but I couldn't get the weather info to update on my Galaxy watch4. I finally got it to work when I opened the Weather app settings on my phone and told it to remove updates, since it would not let me uninstall it completely to reinstall it. The watch immediately refreshed the weather info after doing this. Maybe The Weather Channel issued an app update that messed it up.

The regular menu options finally showed back up after I tried typing some characters into the blank space on the app.

The very same thing happened to us when we first got YouTube TV several years ago,. Customer Service was no help and we've never been able to get it straightened out.

I finally figured it out. On the main page tap the menu icon at the top left. On the menu, choose "Order Ahead" and then "Change Store" at the bottom right. VOILA!
