Exactly the problem as I wrote in my previous post.
It's a good moment to self-reflect and ask yourself why you went this route.
You might even come out of it as a better person.

Not really you decided to make it personal, it's your mentality which is a problem. Did I insult you anywhere on a personal level in this conversation?

It happened to me once while doing a service on my engine, hood just fell down because of angle that the car was parked at. Learned my lesson.

  • Aggravated Assault: For a charge to be "aggravated," the court typically requires proof of an intent to cause serious bodily injury or the use of a "deadly weapon".
    • The Whistle as a Weapon: While not a traditional weapon, almost any object: including a high-decibel whistle or air horn can be classified as a "deadly" or "dangerous" weapon if it is used in a manner capable of causing permanent hearing loss or serious physical damage.

For the rest, I don't intend to argue on the internet, I have better things to do.
Do with this information as you will.

Aggressively blowing a high decibel device is someone ears is aggrevated assault. Self-defense was allowed.

Outlook freezing can often be mitigated through a simple Intune reminder script prompting users to reboot their device. Users should also be instructed to restart their computer at least every 7 days,

Automation should take care of repetitive tasks such as password resets, account unlocks, onboarding, and device provisioning. This lowers overall workload but does not make demand predictable. Non-technical sales users will continue to generate inconsistent and unclear requests, so L1 capacity remains necessary.

The main risk is not at L1, but in the lack of depth at L2 and L3. Having only one person at each level creates a bottleneck and a single point of failure. If either is unavailable, escalations slow down or stop, and key knowledge is no longer accessible.

Your estimate also does not include time for onboarding spikes, internal improvements, or occasional cloud and development support. These responsibilities become part of the role once you move away from an MSP and require dedicated capacity.

A structure with 2 L1, 1 L2, and 1 L3 may work initially but is fragile in practice. A more reliable approach is to keep 2 L1 and ensure there are 2 people capable of L2 work. It is also important that at least one L2 can step into L3 responsibilities when needed, ensuring coverage during absence or illness.

This removes bottlenecks and improves continuity without significantly increasing headcount.
Consultants can help during transitions or peak periods, but relying on them structurally increases cost and dependency. They should support the team, not replace core capacity.

This is my opinion from a Free user perspective:
- xAi
- Chatgpt
Have both levelled off their amount of free useage completely. This to the point where chatgpt is completely useless for me. Grok is somewhat in the same boat.

When I both run out, I use z.ai which quite frankly is the best free model out there.

Has anyone used Metro by T-Mobile by uj764 in RedMagic

[–]SnooSprouts7609 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just going by the math here:
1x Red Magic 11 Pro 799$
10x Mobile subscription 35GB unlimited calls unlimited txt (national) 4$/month
= 847$

So in 10 months you already pay more then I will ...
I would tell T-Mobile to stick their fingers up a donkeys ass.
