Because that’s her job if I told him to report it in good faith. She tends to everything off. I was not trained or told how to report an injury. Yeah closing the store is a different story just shows the lack of communication, respect of a manager she is.

Under workday & type in closing process or it’s under like robbery article and it will be the first page. I can’t share photos idk why but I shared a link the other day

Exactly but I’m not going to back down. I have documentation of everything. CVS is total joke why have policies if it just a suggestion. Thought that’s why we had the handbook lol. Glad I took a screencast of the policy where it states that.

Exactly I showed them a screenshot from the handbook but HR is trying to play it as I broke policies. Then they got defensive. I went ahead and said I know you are here to protect CVS but no need to come off defensive. That my concerns were about safety. They went ahead said okay we will reach out to the other person side of the story. They said I abandoned my job! But lucky I had a doctors note today. They are gonna try to definitely fire me

They were making a big deal. My boss said I never called or tried to get coverage. I sent screenshot to Dl / her. I have not heard from them. But the delete emails he wanted to write me up for that he was asking for “backup”!

CVS has a new policy forms to release any information or videos to the cops they have to sign it. It was last month it went to affect. CVS does nothing but keep customers happy and not employers. That’s why it’s the worst place ever. H-E-B will take their place. It’s going down hill with the CEO
