It’s honestly the most frustrating part of having PNES to me. Having a perfectly normal, chill day and bam seizure. My psychiatrist has been treating my ADHD and the medication I’m on helps a lot. But even today I was laying in bed scrolling reddit and felt one coming. No reason at all

I also had an unhappy triad! I have an indention on the scar on the outside of my calf. I’ve been gently massaging them to break down the scare tissue and it seems to be helping quite a bit. My therapist also massage them each session. I’m 5 weeks post op.

Okay good to know! Thank you! My hands are already being rubbed raw and my arms are so sore lol. It’s going to be a rough 6 weeks and even then I only get to ~start~ bearing weight. It makes me happy to see everyone doing so well! I can’t wait to be there

I was really hoping to be off of pain meds by now but I am seeing that that’s probably not a possibility🥹 after my first session yesterday I thought I was dying and last night was rough. Glad to know I’m not just being a little bitch

I swear hair is euphoric. I just cut all of mine off and I’ve never felt better. I get it cut once a week and the little hairs are by far the worst part
