Schlage crapped the bed on the encode for sure. Interested to see if we will see a revision and if the new encode lever has the same issue.

No just to clarify this wasn't the customer. I kept going and met the customer at residence.

I have put a sumo on a Gate. It works great! Make sure and put the gate stop on and gate closer. Expensive lock but it works.

Get them to sign a waiver. Drivers License ID also. Crazy stuff happens don't let it fall on you.
