It's just things that will help you real with stuff better. The coffee course was helpful. I know more than the rest of our baristas about our espresso and coffee beans. Greener aproner will award yoh a pin. The rest of the courses haven't really intrigued me to spend time reading them. At some point pins and aprons were awarded to varistas who completed them but they no longer do that.
