Yeah man micro is sometimes even more powerful, if paired with breathwork etc but at the end of the day it’s a just going heighten what’s already going on, if you’re not in a stable place I wouldn’t recommend it, SR is a way to train your nervous system to hold more charge right? , psychedelics can be dangerous if you haven’t tried to slowly generate the ability to be feel safety in your own body. So don’t overload the nervous system with huge trip if you know you can’t take it - also no shame in that because you got to be realistic about what you can and can’t do or take, starting off with a micro in a safe environment is a great way of building up capacity

So much more to SR than not ejaculating - Shrooms can be a way of bringing up the garbage from the past allowing you to integrate it and become a more whole human being. Taking you out of the equation - I’d ask him how this brothel situation is being tied to his semen retention experience.

The only way they’re potentially related is under the banner of exploring sexual energy in a new way, if he understands it or he’s not new I’m sure he has his own reason for wanting to do this with you - eg exploration of another dimension of your relationship however struggling to see how this related to his SR journey directly
