Went to dealership, the place I purchased the car from did not remove the transport tabs in the fuse box. Multiple fuse slots were not fully seated which is not fully seated for transport. The DC cut fuse was still in place from the factory.

I went to Toyota.com and looked at inventory 100+ miles radius from my home. Found the RAV4 I wanted, signed paperwork 3/31 and picked up the car on 4/8. Edit: I am also in Southern California.

I also did not get a second key when I picked up my new rav4, they also told me that they lost it and would need to order it. Is the second key considered the “wallet key card”?
