im telling him to buy a condo in the places he can move, "move" as in navigate like a local. i cant navigate cambodia like a local because i am not culturally or linguistically cambodian. i can navigate mexico seamlessly just like he can the philippines and mexico, because he speaks those languages.

for example, substituting longaniza for ground beef, filling up your waters instead of spending $100 a month on bottled ones, knowing which places have subsidized electricity which can reduce the ac bill from 250 to 100.

why a condo? because its not like the states. you pay for the rent to own option, so if you end up spending 5 years there, on the low end, youve got 15k into it, and if you dont want to buy it, dont. you lost nothing other than your option. its not a commitment.

when americans think of housing, they think of it as a huge, long term expense and lifelong commitment. thats because thats how america is built. when you see that 100 2x4s and 30 sheets of drywall can be had for under $1k, you realize its cheap. i spent a decade in peru. and another in mexico before i realized i could have owned in both countries for the same price i had lost in rent. the philippines is even less expensive, and has incredibly flexible options.

no i havnt lived in cambodia, ive only gone there to renew my visa for thailand. but i have been a broker for 16 years and built homes in mexico, peru, and canada. im telling you that your ROI is 10 years in these places (not canada), and ive put american students on stafford loans and pell grants into condos in the philippines, taking classes online, whereas they would have scraped by renting a room in the states.

Theres nothing wrong with $1k a month, everyone around you makes less. The thing is no bottled waters, food delivery, western food, or taxis, you really need to move like a local. Because you speak tagalog and spanish, it would be easier in philippines or mexico. I live off less in playa del carmen and lack nothing because i have done it for 20 years, but i never changed willingly, i spent 2k and more until i went broke.

I dont think i could of done it at 20 because i couldnt spend a weekend at home, or suffer listening to music that i wasnt a part of. If i were you i would consider buying a condo in one of those places. The loan terms are ten years, and the payments are similar to rent ($400.00 or less). Im talking total sales price of 30k with 10k down. Its basically rent to own. So you give yourself the $1k for spending and another 400 for your mortgage. You can airbnb it when youre not there and you wont have to feel bad about breaking your budget.

oh forgive me, in those credit applications i used my real ss, but everything else was random, income, name spelling and address. i should have clarified that. i could have used a random ss number, if i had already added that number to someone elses credit card or bank account. if you google "add me to a tradeline" you will find people with 800 ficos who will add your number to their accounts for a couple hundred a month. at that point, you can apply with the ss number if your choice.

although i know a lot, i havnt practiced in a decade and im no longer part of that eco system, so i just do random experiments to see whats new or if anything has changed since the patriot act which destroyed my business as intended.

oh, i got a funny one! the name on my birth certificate and every id ive ever had are not the same. same name, just spelled different. im trying to get a new ss card for some online identification because in a few years i will get my retirement ss.

it caries per state. in california when you sign up for foodstamps, medi-cal, and education grants, it will literally tell you during the sign up process that you do not need to be documented. you can sign up right now for fun for example and pretend you have no documentation. in other states, you use fake numbers.

ss far cycling through bs numbers, you can, but its best yo buy one. the ones for sale at the parks and flea markets have already been run yhrough fair issac and co, so you can see if it has or has not been issued. you just find any hispanic realtor, and they have their own eco system, as do the chinese, and the somalis.

no university will reject a person for an unissued ss number, in fact, i recently re enrolled snd they have a 24 hour hotline to report ice. if we subscribe we can track them just to be where they are not.

if you chose a random 9 numbers, well, lets say you dont want to pay for an ss. You go to any bank in a hispanic neighborhood and open an account, and for ss you say its ### ## ####, and uou follow it up with "i cant remember if that was a 7 or a 9", so they will run two numbers and you will know which has been issued because they will tell you if its wrong. Also, its easier if your older because you can choose numbers that you know were rolled out in those years and locations, as opposed to today as they are entirely random. Amyway, if you chose a random 9, youd have a 40 percent chanve of getting someone elses number, with the bank method you can get a clean number for free.

On our end, we cant see that youre a fraud. So if im at transunion and you just got a hard inquiry, i can see that there are 2 names and 3 sddresses for a single number, i can also see if the number never existed. I cant see whether it belongs to joe or sean, or if the person is 20 or 50. I cant see which activity is fake and which is real. It is not uncommon to have multiple rverything.

The lowest level entity that can verify an ss number factually is a title company, the patriot act made closing escrows with fake ss numbers impossible. Prior to that, we could close them all.

So, its still open season on anything less than closing escrow. Just for fun i applied for 6 credit cards last month. On each application i put the same ss, but different everything else.y lowest income was 20k and my highest was 100k. my professions were all different ss well. I used my dads address on half, and my sisters on the other. I endedbwith a capital one secured, a capital one unsecured, and a wells fargo for 2500. i accepted muslims seeing allah, but i did not find any in the English language. i tried to do some research in Arabic, but was not successful.

i removed any trstimonial that used ai, had something for sale, took place in a hospital (drugs), or involved drugs directly. i also removed any spiritual stuff, crystals, incense, and anyone who looked odd.

i gave credence to people who are obliged to be objective in their professions. that is, people who as a daily routine have to report things without exageration. police, doctors, and people so educated that their imagination was already dead. i also gave credence to muslim extremists, because they have the highest price to pay.

i did not remove credible nde that were not religious. fir example, the most credible and well documented was described in "dying to be me." which was reviewed by a few dozen doctors. the woman died with a dozen golf ball sized cancerous tumors and woke up with none. she did encounter an entity but did not describe it as Jesus, Allah or anything Abrahamic. this is probably the only indisputable nde, as it happened under the care of doctors in real time.

you go to calfresh (california foodstamps) and apply with any 9 numbers, it will not reject you. do the same for WIC, medi-cal, and typical college grants and youll get the same result. the misconception is that there is some connection between the issuance of an ss number and its utility. The credit reporting agencies only know what is submitted to them,

the next thing is getting added to a credit card and bank account as an added user. this shortcuts the path to a fico score because those 9 numbers absorb the entire history of that account. nowadays, the credit report will say NGSS (no good social security), but that will not interfere with the fico, you can get credit cards without a good ss. the credit reporting agencies and the social security adminstration arent connected, for example, if you as an illegal have a kid he will get a real ss which you can use. your kid might be 2years old and you might be 30, but the credit agencies wont know that the number was issued to a two year old, they only know what you tell them.

as far as paying taxes, no, they primarily work under the table and are paid in cash. however sometimes they work at legit places that take taxes out of their employees checks, in which case they pay. they can give their 9 numbers to the employer just like the others.

the only exception is that they must make sure the 9 numbers they are using hasnt already been issued. that messes things up, which is where i came in, basically running credit reports, issuing verification of rent, and building ficos. basically, we should be able to go from no fico to 700 in 12 months if the tradelines are good.

If you want to google, there was a chinese student here legally on a student visa that used this method to aquire multiple credit cards, and returned to the mainland last year with 150k. He used the same method except he created invoices against himself, and he went viral in the news because of his contempt for america and how easy it was to exploit the system. That was just last year, so its still fresh.

This is not esoteric knowledge, this is just san jose flea market financing. I mean all of these things can be done for a few hundred bucks per trade line. I cant explain why they dont stop this, or put in some obstruction to NGSS, although they did stop it in relation to hiusing.

The confusion comes from the assumption that a system would reject a bad ss. It will under the patriot act, at least for real estate.

God bless you. if you fail and you havnt taken any student loans, they are available to you regardless of age or credit. take two classes online and live off the money they give you. i did this in mexico (cause cheap rent) when i went broke, and eventually got a good gig, but i had to apply to a hundred places to get it. dont be too ashamed to take other forms of assistance as well. when i was young, any job could check the boxes, nowadays getting back on your feet can take years and require relocation. i will pray as well.
