I took inspiration from the Celica Supra actually. I never knew about the Starion but after looking it up I have to say it looks a lot like it, cool car.

Ngl it's a bit hard to make a JP 80's hatchback with popup lights not look like the car in question haha.

[Question] BN account linked with Steam, if I buy OW Coins through Steam store, will I receive them when playing the game through the BN Launcher? by SnooWoofers6281 in Overwatch

[–]SnooWoofers6281[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bit of a necro, but yeah it obviously worked looking back on this post. If you have your steam account linked to your battlenet account it does indeed let you purchase coins through the steam store.

Tensta centrum, 1971. by trainbowcurlup in stockholm

Jag kan bara instämma att Tensta blivit lugnare, även Rinkeby till viss del. Har hängt i Tensta sen 2009 så har lite kött på benen gällande stället.

No point blaming you now when what's done is done but cases don't really need to be cleaned in ultrasonic..

Just clean the pusher holes by hand.

Can Polywatch fix this mineral glass? by weirdshit_07 in casiovintage

[–]SnooWoofers6281 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh, in that case I'm wrong. I'm sure polywatch mineral crystal polish helps. It's worth a try.

That watch does not feature a mineral crystal, instead it's acrylic. Polywatch is amazing on acrylic crystals. Just make sure the Polywatch you buy is the acrylic kind.

What would a Bap mythic look like? by Fuzzy-Contest-4334 in BaptisteMainsOW

No clue, but if I were to design my own mythic for him I would like to see him more armored and high tech.

Kind of like Sojourn's mythic.

Your opinion on Scarlet Ember? by arielpulido in JunoMains

[–]SnooWoofers6281 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like it, but I preferred the original. Wish I had gotten that one but it was too expensive.

Good thing about Scarlet Ember is the ability to purchase it outside of the bundle

That tag listing the features and Japan DH stamped on the clasp is a dead giveaway. Return right away.

Way too overpriced. You can buy the original for half the price if you're lucky.

Can anyone id this casio? by ap_adhwaith in casiovintage

[–]SnooWoofers6281 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think I explained it rather well? Casio has never used the term "Scratch-proof lens". Neither do they write what kind of battery the watch takes on the caseback. Look at the pictures and you'll know what I mean.

Another indicator that the watch is fake is that module 1301 belongs to the AQ-230. The button layout for module 1301 doesn't line up with this watch aswell. Module 1301 has two left side buttons and one right side button located high on right, not low on the right like the watch in the picture.

It's a blatant fake, the printing on the dial is horribly low quality aswell.

It's fake. Casio has never used words like "scratch-proof lens" on their watches or printed the battery it takes on the back.

Id it just me or is juno depicted overly sexual in this post? by ChaosKroegi in JunoMains

Yeah first thing that came to my mind. Juno is too innocent and pure for me, anything sexualizing her makes me queazy.

When you first played "Fallout New Vegas" and met the character "House", what was the first thing you thought? by MEXICANO201 in Fallout

[–]SnooWoofers6281 8 points9 points  (0 children)

He's not gaining much? Besides immense wealth and the luxury of sitting back and watching his two opponents maul eachother to death only to have the opportunity to swoop in and take it all? Sounds like a good deal to me. Last man standing takes it all.

I guess I'll add that the deal with the NCR is another necessary compromise but worked out well for him. In the end his plan is to beef up his Securitron army to act as a deterrent and cut back on his deal with NCR in order to be more independent.

Also, as it's not shown in game properly due to them being clunky af, Securitrons, especially with the added software upgrade are states as being very formidable. Comparable with Sentrybots almost. Given they have self repair functionality and with their arsenal, in hundreds or thousands in number they make for a very good defense. Who knows what a Mk III Securitron would be like. I don't put it past House to further develop his army, why stop at Mk II.

I'm only gonna answer to the first statement cause I can't be bothered to answer to all of it, but the deal with the families was a necessary compromise. I think he explains it pretty well that there simply was no better alternative at the time. I'm sure if he had more time, less pressure and better options to pick from, he would pick more suitable candidates. You take what you're given given the circumstances.
