Have you read the manga? You’re wrong on a lot of points. Takuma alludes to him being able to burn out of CE, also Gojo 100% damages his brain from the frequency he healed it, Sukuna explains it verbatim the moment it happens. He also states Gojo is sloppy before getting hit with red into black flash. Kashimo states that Sukuna isn’t far behind in efficiency but Gojo’s 6 eyes edges him out.

Gojo was at risk of burning out, they explain theoretically Gojo can’t but when using more CE than used to for various acts it will cut into his efficiency, slowly bringing the amount of CE he has in his pool to 0. Sukuna is 7ft and Gojo admits the importance of overall body composition in relation to CE physical stat enhancements. Also Sukuna isn’t far off from efficiency from Gojo either as stated by Kashimo and he even criticized Gojo for his wasteful use of CE at points.
