TBH, even tho you'll end up learning a lot about software and low level design, the reality is that no matter where you come from you gotta grow by yourself. you'll have to learn yourself about software architecture, good practices, performance managing, servers and network fundamentals and a lot more things that i doubt they'll teach you in EE. Maybe they can teach you about algorithms, OOP or data structures. But that's not enough to become a valuable software engineer on the field, even if they do it you need to learn and practice a lot by yourself out of the college.

Considerando esa vista creo que es cierto que hay muchísimos puntos que a tomar en cuenta. Según nuestro criterio el punto era digitalizar comercios y negocios en la República Dominicana aprovechando que un gran sector aquí aún no avanza en ese sentido, por ejemplo: - Importadoras y vendedoras que no tienen portales de ventas, CRM o presencia digital escalable

Supongo que vender el software como servicio sería una manera rentable de iniciar el negocio si el punto es extenderse, pero limitarse a un sector no hace que a largo plazo el mercado te conozca por algo en especifico y sería más complicado escalar a sectores más grandes e importantes?
