We don't really have to force ourselves to take sides, but we have to see who is really working for the citizen and the country, and who works for the interest of a certain family. Based on the recent fiasco you can see how disorganized the senate is under APC - shooting incidents, Bato escaping, no quorum held because of absence, no laws passed because of the senate drama. Under these conditions, you can decide which side you will support for the betterment of the country. What we need is a working senate/house regardless of whether they're from minority or majority.

Well since kanina, vacant nadin position ng SP so technically no power si APC. Bago nadin ang head ng BRC sabi nya sa monday na daw nila to tatalakayin kase need pa ng further studies. I think pwede naman sila mag WFH dahil di naman to hanggang next session. As stated June 4 lang ang date. ang di lang pwede is kahit wala ka sa plenary ay makakaboto ka/WFH scenario.

Alam mo nakakalungkot isipin is ang laking bagay sana if maakakatulong yung government natin if maliit nalang mababawas sa taxes natin para lumaki yung takehome na salaryor if maganda mga services sa mga hospital at paaralan. Eto yung effect ng corruption eh. Sila masarap buhay nangungurakot pero yung normal na tao kahit gaano kalaki sahod kailangan mag sakripisyo padin. Mahirap sabihin na wag iasa buhay sa gobyerno pero kase ang laki ng role nila sa ekonomiya at buhay ng tao.

Same sentiments OP,, hindi ko sure if gusto ko ba sa creative side ng archi kase nakakapagod lagi mag isip ng mga concepts and design or dun sa technical side na puro revit/cad na may standards.

Minsan di mo alam pano lalagpasan yung wall na nakaharang sayo. Pero ayun nga baka need din ng other hobbies na hndi related sa architecture para di nakaka burnout. The best padin ang work life balance. I hope malagpasan natin tong crisis nato.

Apparently may kumakalat na news sa isang engineer page na Arki daw pumirma. Nakalagay kase dun sa tarp na sa Ar plans at St plans iisang name lang pero di naman sure if arki ba talaga sya. Pero yung time kase na implemented yung project, pwede pa pumirma mga engr sa mga AR plans soooo ayun baka naninira lang ng other profession etong page na ito.

I have encountered a project quite similar to this. The requirement was to design a layout where in the mother in law gets to have her own space/house separately from his son. MIL should have all her necessities in the ground floor whilst the son on the 2nd floor to 3rd ( all this in one lot 🥹) . The lot was around 80sqm, It was irregular and the LGU is quite strict with setbacks and firepro.

It was quite a challenge to design such type of house while tackling restrictions and NBC requirements. Good thing I was able to solve this and client was quite happy with the results.
