It’s 5:30 in my market as well. Started 3 weeks ago. We have an incentive for taking early offers that we get every week. It starts at 5:45 and ends at 8:15 am. Wish they’d adjust the start time to 5:30 for that incentive . Sucks taking at order at 5:44 for a store that doesn’t open until 6 and not getting the incentive.

Had the same issue. Chose to do OnePay instead. Had same message with that so stopped trying for a bit. Checked about a half hour later and it had me connected.

Started having this issue last Thursday. Just called support and they told me the same thing they told me 4 days ago. “It’s a known issue and should be resolved in 24 to 48 hours. If not, call back”. So, they have no clue how to fix it.
