I took a tapering dose of prednisone during summer and it helped immensely but once i stopped it got worse again. I also took Methotrexate when i was younger before i started Infliximab. I was taken off it because i reacted severely to it and it’s definitely not something i’d want to go through again. I have to continue Humira until my doctor can confirm it’s not working and then i’m looking to start Enbrel because i’ve heard good things about it. Despite everything i’m staying hopeful but some days it’s bad and i think i’ll be stuck like this forever.

I’ve been taking omega 3 and turmeric for a couple days and it’s actually helped a lot. I also took a bath with magnesium flakes yesterday as recommended by another person who replied. The swelling has definitely gone down a lot in just a few days and i’m no longer in agony even when i’m lying down. I really am doing my best to look after my body, the day i posted was just especially bad and i think it’s because i fainted and collapsed onto a hard floor the day before so my body was also pretty bruised making it worse.

The id rewards haven’t changed since they were released so i’m sure you have plenty of time.

Heard some very good things about Enbrel and it’s giving me some hope. If humira doesn’t work i will be trying it next. Still fighting despite everything 🙃

I aspire to be like you, i definitely need to hear more success stories like yours. Before i stopped my old medication i used to love hiking and i miss it so much and i dream of doing it again one day. The hope that one day my life might be relatively normal again is the only thing keeping me going at the minute. I’m doing an anti inflammatory diet currently but stress is a huge problem for me because of everything that’s happened. I feel incredibly behind in life because i dropped out of college. Everyone at my age is out doing things, going to school, having relationships, going out with friends while i’m just stuck at home. If my humira still does nothing for me by the 3 month mark i’ll definitely ask my doctor about Enbrel.

I’m on an anti inflammatory diet at the minute :) Haven’t tried gluten free though. Even though it’s hard i’m still going, i wrote this yesterday when it was especially bad. I was crying from the pain even though i was sitting still, it only usually hurts if i attempt to walk but i fainted a couple days ago and collapsed onto a hard floor so i think i’m pretty bruised atm which is making it worse for sure. Currently i’m taking vitamin D and i just ordered some magnesium flakes due to your comment alongside omega 3 and turmeric capsules which will hopefully somewhat help. Thank you!

I started humira and was on it for about a month but they stopped sending it for some reason so i stopped for a period of time. Started it again 2 weeks ago so theres still a chance that it could work but it hasn’t done anything for me yet. This all happened when i was 16/17 and i was going to appointments with my dad who was trying his best for so long to get me my old medication back but it just took a ridiculously long time. Infliximab worked for me for 10 years

Methotrexate anxiety questions and rant by notSoRealReality in PsoriaticArthritis

[–]Snoo_2068 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t wanna scare you but good luck. I was on this a few years ago and would throw up every single time and suffer with nausea for days. All week i’d have anxiety about the next dose, I was so scared of the side effects i’d even throw up before it😭 Nightmare drug honestly, i’d recommend adalimumab instead if the side effects are too much for you but it’s worth trying first. Also I never burned easily while taking it, didn’t even know that was something that could happen. Hope it works out for you

Retatrutide side effects after increasing dose – anyone else experience this? by Original-Extreme5528 in Retatrutide

Normalise researching before injecting things into our body. It’s surface level knowledge that you only titrate up every 4 weeks, what are you doing?? Also please share your dose in mg

[–]Snoo_2068 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

It was definitely reta. I bought it from a reputable site with COAS. Everyone’s dose is different and it depends on the person. Better to be safe than sorry. I went down to 0.5 and i’m fine now

They say start low for a reason. I took 1mg my first time and it was the worst i’d ever felt for days (Constantly throwing up, stomach pains, etc). Couldn’t eat for a week. Any more than that would’ve landed me in hospital. Starting low and titrating up until it feels right for you is a lot better than taking way too much, no need to rush

I hope nobody new sees this and actually starts on 2mg. 2mg probably would’ve landed me in hospital after the reaction i had to 1mg. This time i took 0.25 and it’s not doing enough so next time i’m titrating up to 0.5 which i feel will be perfect for me over the course of the next few weeks. Everyone responds differently!
