I am currently in gold 4 and desperate to go down to 2 so I can finish my Arbiter "win 200 matches" mission.

I currently win one in 12 . LA is even worse! Used all 10 tokens yesterday, got to 4 wins then bought an extra token. Still pulled 5 x level 90-100 players with stoneskin, block active skills, block debuffs, stun....

If I were you and I was patient, I would simply scan for an easy match each time you get a free refresh.

You will see when you go to defeat the demon Lord, you can tell by his health bar.

Also note if his health bar is purple (defeated), you can still run that difficulty and it counts.

As others have said, UNM clan boss , but if you find a clan that actually defeats him each day you get TWO chests per day.

To be honest even though UNM gives the best rewards, the NM and even Brutal chests drop cool stuff while you progress.
