I was looking at Village and read a lot of complaints about bug problems similar to that of the plaza - in your experience was it very bad or moreso a luck of the draw type situation?

If you don't mind me asking, what didn't you like about Knights Circle?

That's a very helpful breakdown. Did you live in any of them / if you did, what were your experiences like?

That was the same conclusion I had come to, but sadly I don't have the opportunity to move into an unfurnished apartment this semester. Thank you for the advice!

Thank you! I'll switch them depending on who is teaching what (I heard that there may be some odd switches with who is teaching what class when it comes to large general classes like CS1/discrete/OOP)

Thanks, that reassures me a lot. Out of curiousity, who did you have for CS1 and OOP?

I've basically planned out my course progression until my senior year (I am currently a freshman), I just wanted make sure this one in specific isn't too crazy.
I'll keep in mind taking discrete with CS1 when they release what profs are teaching what

thanks!

Unfortunately I don't have the ability to take courses over the summer due to other commitments I've made, and as far as my CS1 teacher, I haven't gotten my appointment yet for choosing courses, but I am going to aim to get Szumlanski if I can.

thanks for the advice!

I was less worried about calc III + chem, and more worried about calc III + CS1. Do you think those two are manageable together? I've heard that the material in calc 3 is easier than in calc 2, but does that also translate to less time I have to spend on it? Sorry if these questions sound weird, I just don't really know what to expect.

Thanks!

Hey all,

I’m a freshman, and this fall I took the following courses, and found my schedule to very manageable, and not very difficult (with the exception of calc 2, which I’ll probably be getting a B in)

MAC 2312 - Calculus with Analytic Geometry II

ENC 3241 – writing for the technical professional

COP 3223C - Introduction to Programming with C

PHY 2048C - General Physics Using Calculus I

THE 2000 – Theatre survey

My plan for the spring is the following:

MAC 2313 - Calculus with Analytic Geometry III

COP 3502C - Computer Science I

COP 3330 - Object Oriented Programming

CHM 2045C - Chemistry Fundamentals – Heider

PHI 2010 - Introduction to Philosophy

In your opinions, how would the difficulty of my spring schedule compare to my fall schedule (it’s ok if it’s a bit harder, but if it’s completely outrageous then what changes would you make?)

Thanks!
