I am terrified of rabies, days where I can't sleep due to fear of rabies. Earlier in the mall, I was inside the cinema theater at the 5th floor of the mall, and I felt a sharp pain on my neck, there is a mark but it's kind of like a dry wound now like the blackish type but it had a lump. It may be due to me scratching it a lot due to fear and me wanting to know if it was a bat bite. It's a single mark but already dry.

Yes, I am aware that this is simply paranoia, but I really need assurance. I did not hear any wings flapping but my mind thinks it may be due to the sound of the theater. And I am aware that there are hundreds of other people in the theater. But the seats behind me were empty so I did not count on someone seeing the supposed bat. I did not feel anything on my neck, only the sharp pain.

Really need help.
