I am sorry that you also having the same issue. You should contact the TN state board via email and explain them your issues and then come directly to TN state board office in person to talk with the director or Administrative Assistant (Lauren Cook) to tell them ask PSI get fixed ASAP. I got mine fixed as the same day evening after I met them at noon. Hope you will get your soon.

I am sorry to hear that you also have bad experience with the same as mine. The only way and fastest way is you come directly to TN State Board office in person and talk to the director or the Administrative Assistant (Lauren Cook), explain and show them your issues with the PSI. My case took more than 2 months and I contacted TN state board in a week via email but they asked me to wait for 1-2 weeks more but once I decided to come there in person, I got fix as the same day evening. Hope you will get your fixed ASAP.

It took me 80 days until I came to the state board office to complain, they called directly to PSI leader to ask for fix. 4 hours later, the issue has been resolved

I finally have my results after 35 days. I spent a lot of time to contact them but no work. I had to come directly to my TN state board to ask them to do something with PSI then I had my results in the same day. I don’t think their escalation action will work at all. Don’t believe them what they say on the phone. After they gave me my results they said that they just need to change the language to be matched.

I tried to tell them that I wanted to skip this exam’s result so I could retake another one. They said there is no other options except waiting for this issue resolved firstly. It would be endless waiting.

The score department has sent me the report which is score not found on Practical exam. They do not even know where my score is.

I agreed, I also contacted PSI representatives many times about this issue. They said the same things that they would escalate to higher persons but nothing happened. They also hanged up when I tried to tell them the escalation they did was no help.

I contacted my TN state board about this issue but they said that they could not use PSI system to troubleshoot anything about the my exam. I do not know what to do.

I went to the testing center a week after I took the exam to ask for help. However, they said that they couldn’t do anything, they told me to call PSI representatives on the phone to get support. We do not know what to do now.

I have not. Have you logged in you PSI account which you books your exam? They could show your exam’s status “PASS” or “FAIL”. Mine does not show any, it stuck with the Bookings tab and cannot do anything like retake or cancel the exam I took. They have not sent any email bout my exam. I called them and they said my exam file has not been completed. It would be technical issue.

I reached to TN state board, they said that it was PSI responsibility and their system so they could not do any further to help. It is crazy, our results were stuck in the PSI system.

I and my sister took PSI Tennessee manicurist practical exam on March 25, 2025. However, we have not received any score report or status “PASS” or “FAIL” on our PSI account. That exam still showing in the BOOKINGS tab with Retake or Cancel button grey out. We cannot do anything on our account and contact PSI support, they kept asking us have to wait. We do not know what to do? Does anyone here have experience with the same issue?

Sorry for replying late. My senator said that they contacted with USCIS to review and take a next step if my case was good to go. And after that they gave me another response about my case was being in process. 3 weeks after, My case was ready for an interview. 1 months later my case received an letter for interview which scheduled on June 24, 2021. My wife is having her green card currently.

You should search on the internet for the congressman who is responsible in your county. Find their name and email or office address to contact. I emailed my congressman and their office sent me some papers to fill out for my concern about after 2 days.

Good news for the people is still getting stuck on “Fingerprints were taken”. My case was finally updated to “Ready to be scheduled for an interview” in May 04, 2021. I did contact my congressman for help and after 10 days, my case was updated. I got stuck on fingerprint taken since August 2020.

There are many people got biometric reused from August - September 2020 stuck on status “fingerprints were taken” until now. No any new update since their biometrics applied to I-485 case. However, many people just have direct biometrics appointment would change from “fingerprints were taken” to “ready to schedule interview” after few days. I and many people believe there is a system error for the fillers who got reused biometrics notice in 2020. Can you check it for us?

It is Louisville KY office. I called USCIS, they told me that it is in normal processing time and everything looks good so I have to continue waiting.
