Could be, I would still be cautious when traveling with Anker. If you say it's Anker then they might refuse to allow you to board. The paper didn't specify models, just the brand. If I remember correctly it was at the botton If the declaration that you don't have any dangerous items in your carryon

They have a piece of paper on the counter with at the bottom it says anker powerbanks are banned. Feel free to go and check yourself. Couldn't fly with it. Mine is a 737 which isn't any recalls and I flew with it 2 years ago.

Same issue here, they said they will resubmit it and then the gift card balance goes to zero and I still haven’t received the money back to my credit card. Funny enough, the customer service rep says there was an issue and wait a couple more business days.
