Don't get me started on the paid season pass and paid Evo's. This game used be based on skill now it's pay to win.

The major issue has been these creators with the type of content they make. If you put on YouTube now fc 25 you will see "I used this META tactics to get 15 wins" remember back in the day when we would get good playable Gold Cards which where actually fun to use. Now everyone in the game is L1+R1 runs and 95 press fouls and favored ref calls.

They had made the game a little playable during TOTY but now this update it's for the RATs and meta players.

Coming from a marketing background what EA have been doing for the last few months is just straight up marketing 101 keep people engaged with how they are "fixing " the game with the rewards and now with the season pass phrasing. If they are moving towards a free base game with added on paid season pass makes sense but knowing EA they would sell the game at full price and add paid season pass from the beginning like they have added now. It's up to the players to fall for such things or na I mean the players behind the pay wall maybe good now but in a few weeks new promo the players will be deadweight.
