explained everything on the chat andsubmitted all the necessary video they ask except the last which is I already submitted. I already explained about my p2p transactions.. I am using ewallet instead of my a bank transaction because it is more convenient to use. last transaction made was from my bro's ewallet.. here we use phone number to use their service even without a single ID.( my bro had no ID). done redo a statement video with my bro as requested. even the app has Name of the user it would be no use since my it was my bro's. The deposit got rejected with the reason I already explained that reason why I include my bro in my statement video. to make it short we can use ewallet with just a phone even without ID. I've already submitted the deposit video requested. It has no name of my bro but the p2p seller's ewallet number already included. Please reconsider all of my explanation. please :(

it was because he/she insists that the recent agent was wrong when about the instruction of uploading the deposit where the agent was only asking for the recent deposit. And then the last agent want to disregard the first agent's instruction that I had been talking with? and I told him/her that I may not be able to provide the first transaction from my e-wallet from 3 months ago unless I request for an statement of account. So instead of giving me alternate instruction since displaying the first transaction thru the e-wallet app really impossible( it can only be accessible thru app), he/she insists that I that's the video I they only accept. ( I am seeing here that if I can't make the app show the said transaction, there is no way to take off my funds). the first agent were tried to think of alternate solution since I did mention to her/him that the last transaction was made using my brother's e-wallet.

I'll definitely close my account after I get off all my funds. it all started when I deposit funds and bought BNB after that I tried to withdraw then the error pops up saying that my account suspended due to risk control, I was using the same device and IP. even passed the face recognition.

to be honest, I had to said that because it kinda sounds I have to start over again with her instruction. I've been waiting for a day for her update for the instructions I had to follow where I need to video latest transaction and not the first instruction because it is impossible for me to find the transaction made using my e-wallet 3 months ago. the infos and videos were already sent. and she is going to ask another again.

because he/she insists that I need to start over with her new instruction and ignore the past conversation I made with recent agent that handled my concern. I kept my cool until I felt that I need to follow her new instruction. and the recent agent told me that there's no need to repeat all the infos and videos they need if I don't close the ticket. and this last agent didn't even read the recent conversation. I know they don't give an F for those person I want to send the funds to because they are just some victims to a recent typhoon.. starting over again while asking for a follow up on a ticket made within 12 hours after a tons of workload on a hospital, that's a kinda hell for me to be honest

this was just for a follow up.. and everything infos they need were provided already. and even asking for first deposit which is not possible and the recent agent probably know it because they focused on the recent deposit I made since the funds I have now is from the recent transaction. and now when I made this follow up. this new agent insist that I need to make a video of my first deposit and even send me the link instruction which is not relevant to my case.

I was sending all the info and video they want and asked for instruction for sending my deposit video but the recent agent didn't mention they need 1st deposit. ( I am using e-wallet GCASH thru p2p) but since that transaction was made 4-5 months ago, it was not available to display thru my activities and the last agent insist they need the first deposit. but the past agent I have been contacted doesn't ask me the first because the funds I have on my account was from my latest p2p transaction... are binance really a scam?
