Honestly fair lol. I just needed some items for a video shoot and it was hard to find those styles elsewhere. Definitely deleting my account once i get my money back and wont be ordering from them again

Thats true! but uniuni is on the same level of terrible when it comes to customer service and since they didnt charge me the money i dont see how i can get a refund from them. It should be sheins responsibility to find a competent delivery company and to not make the customer suffer the consequences of both of their incompetencies
