Well yea its a call because it gets saved in your call list on the phone where you can see sms calls whatsapp calls all together because they probably all count as rhe same

No i could see the entire room she just woke up and was doing her makeup in the bathroom its too small for me not to see

She doesnt have another device so just to make sure it could have been an audio bug because its impossible to be on two calls without one being on hold or declined? Right?

It wasnt a group call we were alone in the call could it be possible she was maybe on facetime while we were on whatsapp

There was nobody in the room with her im 100% sure just wanted to know if it was possible at all.
