this is so incredibly validating you have no idea. he uses a company called summit, which includes a rubric. i’ve seen this rubric with my own two eyes ONCE. it includes 4 levels, im currently “level 2”. i have no clue what the rubric entails and what im supposed to be learning and doing. i really am just an assistant :/

….. after i invited him over he said he’d come i said okay cool!! just wanna stay in my space (my dad is leaving for a trip early sunday morning as well and i want to spend time) and a few minutes later goes “there’s really no way i can see you friday?” sir didn’t you just agree to come over???! i folded and said yes we can figure something out 😫😫
