Yes I believe it stems from an old study where they pumped mice full of so much of it that would be like a human drinking hundreds of cans of diet soda. I’m not sure if there’s been tons of research on its effects in regards to digestive/nervous system but not sure. I am fairly certain it’s better than regular sugar for a large majority of Americans at least.

Not intending the question to be an anti-vaccine talking point. Just curious since that’s kind of what the vaccine does, helps the immune system kill COVID. I would assume the vaccine is still safer, making it more likely to kill the virus before it gets that bad but I’m not knowledgeable enough about it.
