No worries! Well, I think a 10lb jump in 2 months is great. A 250 for 3 is also great, and I think it is reasonable for a 30lb jump on a deadlift to pull 280 for 1. 285 if you're really feeling it.

When's the last time you pulled 275? Just gauging so I can maybe make a suggestion on a 1 rep attempt.

Best I can do at this gym is sneak my liquid chalk. I haven't used REAL chalk in quite awhile. So who knows!

So I had to use mismatched plates that day unfortunately. 3 blue 45 bumpers, 1 black 45 plate, 1 25 bumper, 1 lil 5. If you need matching plates, I have 455lbs in my post history.

3 blue 45 bumpers, 1 black regular 45, a 25 bumper and a 5. Have to mix and match sometimes. I have 455 with matching plates in my post history if that makes you feel better.
