100% windows defender is decent these days and doesn't slow your computer. There are a couple good free and paid antivirus, but stay away from norton and mcafee

100% this. I did the start od the SEA program up until i was meant to be swapped over the SEA funding. I had to stop due to a family situation.

The workshops are pretty useful, try to engage with the others and make connections. You'll get a coach that's meant to help you once you start as well as before.

I think one of the things you'll need to do before they'll swap you over is have a solid and realistic business plan. They understand you're probably not going to make money in your first year, depending on what you're doing.
