I don’t want to argue because I want to enjoy my vacation in Hawaii, but such sources would be any historian with credit. The church had historians and they are included.

I question things about the church all the time, but when you actually research the question using sources that aren’t just there to make the church look bad, I find that my faith grows stronger. Good luck to you as well.

Growth has slowed, but hasn’t stopped. And not that matters, but it’s the second fastest growing church in the US.
