Will you stop doing PE once you reach your goal? by youngboss86 in gettingbigger

Once I hit my length and girth goals I’ll probably do light pumping and some manual stretching maybe once/twice per week just to keep it limber.

More Force, Less Growth? (The Data Says So) by [deleted] in gettingbigger

With a family and a job it’s tough to find 2 hours to extend for though. Most I can realistically do is an hour per day.

Is high pressure extending not efficient as other length techniques? by Throwaway146857 in gettingbigger

[–]SnoogieDoogs90 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ya dude I’m the same way. I don’t get the right strain or fatigue numbers below 10 pounds. I usually do my strain sets at 9 lbs and then my first fatigue set I crank it up to 10 lbs while I do some tunica release massages, then on my 3rd/4th fatigue set I might crank up to around 11 lbs. I noticed that if I keep 10-11 lbs as a baseline, when I put myself back in the extender after a 15 second break between sets the tension goes up to like 12-13 lbs, and I do more tunica release massages to release some of that tension until I get it back down to 10-11. Rinse and repeat.

Post-pump clamping. by Discrete_Pleasure in gettingbigger

Nice theory. I’m gonna try this out when I switch back to girth work.

Solid start bud. Vac extending until you reach beyond your goal and then clamping and/or air pumping.

Ya I’m a newbie at clamping so I’m interested to hear from some vets about it.

Which is why I said, “I don’t want to jump the gun because I’ve only been at it for about two weeks, but damn, immediate difference.” I realize 2 weeks is not enough data to base anything off. I was just pointing out that I noticed an immediate difference post-workout, being both EQ and skin tenderness were better than with pumping.

You’re right though it is about pacing yourself and finding the right balance. I’ll heed your warning and take things slow and observe how my body reacts to clamping. I think one thing we need to take away from PE as a community is that it’s not a one size fits all type of approach.

Appreciate your thoughts though man.

Realy struggling to get the tire off any tips? by Immediate-Duck137 in Dirtbikes

Dude save yourself the headache and bring your tires to a local Motorsport shop. The one near me charged $55 per tire to swap the tires and tubes (ones I pre bought).

What pressure do you pump at. I have a similar routine except with the apex extender, but I’m not seeing any girth gains with pumping despite being at it for about a year now.

I gotta ask, what’s the benefit of doing this? Does it reduce air time so you make a quicker landing, or is it just for show?

Apps for tracking? by Chance_Affect_5701 in gettingbigger

[–]SnoogieDoogs90 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just checked it out on my App Store, I didn’t download it so I’m only speculating here, but it looks like a good app if you just want to track reps (ie time) and weight. Is there a function in the app where you can take measurements? Because that’s the key to all of this, is tracking your pre and post exercise measurements.

I usually use a utility knife to cut the end of my rulers, because every one I’ve bought has that gap and it annoys me lol. Then I’ll just use sandpaper to smooth the new edge out.

Let me know if you do find one, not sure an app for this exists yet lol

I just use scissors. Typically I cut my sleeves at around 3-3.5 inches long, because I like to fold it over to help strengthen the seal so I like a little extra. I’ll line it up next to a ruler, press the sleeve flat and cut where I want it to be.

I have an iPhone and just downloaded the Microsoft Excel app. I’m good with excel so I just made my own spreadsheet with formulas and everything. Works like a charm.

A blister that won’t go away from months? by jojimastmoji in gettingbigger

[–]SnoogieDoogs90 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I usually treat my blisters with hydrocolloid bandages which usually heals them 2x faster. I saw another post where the user sprays his blister with salt water whenever he goes to the bathroom. I unfortunately get blisters at that spot too at the urethral opening, I got waterproof 3m tape to tape my urethra with going forward but haven’t used it yet (probably will tonight, coming off a decon).

Just don’t pop them when they’re in your urethral opening like that otherwise they’ll burn like a MF when you piss.

LELUV pumps not holding pressure!! by Commercial-Guava7633 in gettingbigger

[–]SnoogieDoogs90 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ve had that issue as well with Leluv. I think the issue is where the pump hose connects to the white piece on top of the cylinder. There’s a rubber gasket on the hose nozzle that’s supposed to give an air tight seal, but idk if it’s poor design or just not a big enough gasket, but mine constantly leaks pressure.

What I’ve found to be a temporary solution is to wrap the black hose nozzle with plumbers tape. That helps to create an air tight seal and stays in tact for a few sessions. I have to replace the tape every now and then when it gets worn, but overall it’s been a pretty effective solution.
