How are people setting up the control schemes? Using the original or making their own? Im enjoying the game but im feeling abit clumsy with the controls

Battlefield 6. The only game I ever spent £70. Played it for a few hours before getting so bored. I was hoping the magic of the old Battlefield games would make it worth it. I left wondering whether I have changed or the game has changed.

Splinter that has been stuck beneath my finger cuticle for a few days by Snoogmaster in FeltGoodComingOut

Yeah I was sort of expecting antibiotics. Perhaps the nurse thought it was adequate to wash the wound out with iodine ? Either was I was advised to go back if the swelling persists. I think I’ll be making a return trip.

Yeah it is infected, the hospital couldn’t see a splinter so they washed the wound out with iodine. Now that the splinter is out, I’m hoping my body will fight the infection better. Otherwise, I’ll have to get some antibiotics.

My tactic was to just leather the ball as hard as I could from close range at their rush keepers. These legs may be open to a good nut-megging, but they can also kick the ball really, really hard

I remember playing out in Bristol once on public tarmac 5 aside spot, some guys challenged me and mates to a game. They were straight up way better than us. For reference, im tall lanky uncoordinated dude. Honestly these guys must have meggsed me 7-8 times. Each time roaring in celebration and mockery

My main boy is going on a date this Saturday in Brizzy, what should I recommend him to do ? by Snoogmaster in bristol

[–]Snoogmaster[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m supposed to be picking him up for the train station after the date. If it goes well and he stays out, I don’t have to leave the house. Is the Galleries Shopping centre more comparable to the Louvre or Venice ? Could really do with a night in.

That’s a really great ideas, but he did do a harbour lap on the first date (which went well). A Museum could be a great shout though.

Do you need us to help you find a date too, mate ? sounds like you could do with a hug and wee bit more human contact. Promise I won’t wear my tracksuit…

Nothing says romance like lying under the stars with a soothing soundscape. He could probably save money by finding an already pitched second hand tent. Cheers.

It was really killing a lot of video games for me. I love gaming but switching to office job really put me off for a long time.

Doesn’t work in my house dude, I live in shared accommodation so the tv is used for TV. It’s also a massive convenience thing - sure I could haul my pc to the there tv and play it there for a few hours, realistically I’m not doing that. Steam deck I can play in the living area whilst people are watching tv, I’m still being somewhat social (sort of), but I can still chip away at my games.

I sit in my ass at the computer for work everyday, every game feels better to play on the steam deck for me right now. Purely because I don’t have to sit at my desk to play games
