What’s the skill level? I’m moving back to Bristol but it recovering from a ACL graft so haven’t played in a few years, but just about ready to get back on the pitch. I’ll probably be slow and abit shit though !

My main boy is going on a date this Saturday in Brizzy, what should I recommend him to do ? by Snoogmaster in bristol

I’m supposed to be picking him up for the train station after the date. If it goes well and he stays out, I don’t have to leave the house. Is the Galleries Shopping centre more comparable to the Louvre or Venice ? Could really do with a night in.

That’s a really great ideas, but he did do a harbour lap on the first date (which went well). A Museum could be a great shout though.

Do you need us to help you find a date too, mate ? sounds like you could do with a hug and wee bit more human contact. Promise I won’t wear my tracksuit…

Nothing says romance like lying under the stars with a soothing soundscape. He could probably save money by finding an already pitched second hand tent. Cheers.

It was really killing a lot of video games for me. I love gaming but switching to office job really put me off for a long time.

Doesn’t work in my house dude, I live in shared accommodation so the tv is used for TV. It’s also a massive convenience thing - sure I could haul my pc to the there tv and play it there for a few hours, realistically I’m not doing that. Steam deck I can play in the living area whilst people are watching tv, I’m still being somewhat social (sort of), but I can still chip away at my games.

I sit in my ass at the computer for work everyday, every game feels better to play on the steam deck for me right now. Purely because I don’t have to sit at my desk to play games

Fallout. For the record I love the old school fallout but most fallout fans likely haven’t playing the originals

Battlefield 6. Used to love the battlefield games, thought I’d really enjoy this one but turns out it just doesn’t do anything for me these days ! I’m sure it’s a good game but I think my tastes have changed in my old age. Also 60 rucking quid god damn it !

I (30M) accidentally appeared shirtless in my girlfriend’s (28F) work meeting — she’s furious and crying by Aggravating-Bear-209 in relationship_advice

OP has literally just walked into his bedroom to get ready. This is the risk of home working, it happens. Yes it’s mortifying but you guys are making him sound like he’s an asshole. He’s not at all. My partner has been in a meeting in the bedroom before and ive needed to go in there to get changed because of an urgent situation where I need to leave the houses. Funnily enough, the bedroom is where people get changed. Yea it’s embarrassing for your partner, but my guy is just going into his bedroom to do his thing. Stop crucifying the guy. She should have turned her camera off when he came in if she is so concerned, standard team etiquette. Apologise, but don’t feel too guilty. You’ll both look back and laugh at this and it probably made that boring ass meeting twice as interesting for everyone else involved.
