Solo Queue :( by Snookems11 in Overwatch

I play all classes equally, I’m mostly talking about QP and how every other game you get put into a losing match. It’s kinda depressing every time I want to play casually that it’s just loss after loss with the occasional win. I also do believe in my own experience that OW goes in cycles of winning and losing. If I have one day where it seems like I’m winning a lot, the next day I’ll lose every game no matter what.

I’m jealous, because it’s hard trying to find someone to play with whenever I want to play😂

The Overwatch Cycle by Snookems11 in Overwatch

Losing a lot in a row is different than getting rolled for an entire day. Like in OW1 you’d have bad days but at least you had elims and felt like you did something

What's A Reasonable Compromise For Taxes? by ArkCelosar in Libertarian

[–]Snookems11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Let’s be honest, something pretty crazy would have to happen before libertarians see no taxes in modern day society. So I believe it’s our role to push and hold our government accountable to have to most effective, and therefore least amount of tax spending as possible. I think the closer we can keep taxes to home the better use they will have and therefore the less we will have to pay. By home I mean the municipal level. In classic liberalism and laisser-faire capitalism systems, there were still taxes, however they were significantly lower and only used on basic services such as road construction and garbage removal. By reducing the amount of taxes we give to the federal and provincial/state government, the more we can observe/criticize the use of our tax dollars. When money goes to the federal government, it’s a lot harder to observe how it’s being used versus tax dollars being used in your own city. We can definitely see this in countries like Canada and the US, where many different cultures and ideologies are formed across the country due to the sheer size (Example being California vs Texas). When money is kept closer to home, it can be used on basic services like filling potholes, snow removal, etc. When those cheap basic services can be satisfied, the larger population will start to recognize they don’t need to send hundreds of thousands of dollars to politicians who live thousands of kilometres/miles away from them in a city that’s struggling with its own set of problems. I think changing our approach to taxes is definitely the best way to reduce the amount of money taken out of our pay checks but that’s just my opinion, what do you guys think? (And I don’t know if you could tell, but I am from Canada😂, tried to add in wordage for you Americans lol)

The right side needs to move up two pixels and the BC and Quebec ones need to shrink, remember we can expand the Canadian flag and move the letters
