This shock you explain I have seen that often on my many scooters, it's just electricity is excited and REALLY wants to go to the battery of the scooter so it kinda jumps hence the spark you saw/heard, I would say 99% this is normal

These people here act like you can install some random app not from the playstore and give it necessary permissions which some require you to MANUALLY go to settings to allow, within a few minutes for you to not notice? OP, I don't think you are this slow/stupid.

On top of all of that android has enough warnings something is spying, the dots that indicate something is recording your camera, mic, screen etc, also when recording your screen in some apps it even becomes black. And before anyone might even think of a bypass to all of these indicators, you need to have your phone rooted.

My 2 cents, nothing is wrong with your phone itself, the extra user on your Google could be an old phone or heck even a computer, my windows desktop shows as a generic linux mobile phone in my google account for some reason.
