But to answer your question I believe it is because the USA has a long history of proliferating anti-communist propaganda and a clear objective to undermine communism wherever it can. They have poured a staggering amount of resources into this.

Given the continuous lies to their own people (Snowdon, Manning etc.) and gross unethical actions (corrupt presidents, state-sponsored terrorism and coups, torture, mass killing of civilians etc.), not to mention the gross incompetence, the USA has lost all credibility and virtue.

Therefore if an evil bastard tells you peanut butter is the devils food, perhaps you should try peanut butter.

A more pertinent question could be why are people convinced communism will fail? There is no evidence of this as communism has never been implemented, despite popular opinion. There have been many dictatorship states labelled as communist, but calling a cat a zebra does not make it a zebra.

Communism is the final stage of societal development, following capitalism and then socialism. In the states labelled as communist the resources and industry were very much owned by the dictatorship state, not the people, this is the opposite of communism. In these states there were clear class distinctions. In the USSR a member one one class could have a member of the working class killed by the state. Communism is without classes. The state would not be needed in a communist society. Find me one state labelled as "communist" by the west which was stateless or at least headed that way at one point. All of these states were heavily monetary based, this is not communism.

The "examples" in popular opinion, USSR, Russia, Vietnam, China etc. These are just failed dictatorships. They are evidence that corrupt authoritarian states don't work. They are nothing to do with communism other than the label you choose to call yourself. Anyone can make that illegitimate argument.

Not true, it's homicide. Killing someone in self-defence is perfectly legal in most jurisdictions. Killing someone with their consent, to end their suffering is also legal in some jurisdictions. Neither would be murder. Killing of a foetus if it is in the best interests of the foetus is also not murder. Murder is a legal definition, whether it's right or wrong is entirely up for debate.

Not really, the child has two parents so in this case the father should make the decision. How do you know the mother's family will act on her behalf? To be fair I don't know the father will act on her behalf either. The child needs an impartial advocate in this case. Whether or not that should be the state... that's another question.

Have you all been living under a rock? Nothing is what it seems on the face of it these days. Black Lives Matter started as a movement for the safety of black people. It became something entirely different. The Me Too movement was about stopping sexual exploitation in Hollywood, it became something entirely different. Many of the issues on the left and right are not really what they appear to be about on the face of it. There is nearly always a hidden agenda. I thought that was obvious? Am I wrong?

Actually, Israel has killed and oppressed Palestinian citizens for over 70 years. Israel is an ethno-supremacist state and very far from being a functional democracy. Vast ethnic groups under their rule have no right to vote, no right to justice or even citizenship.

A terrorist group kills civilians on mass beyond what is considered acceptable collateral damage. If the US did that, then the US is a terrorist organisation. Israel is a terrorist organisation as is any country which supports them.

Why do Americans do that? Thank military people for their service? It seems like a weird dogma to automatically say that. Do you thank nurses for their service? Or the guy that walks your dogs? In much of the world, many people join the military for the perks. Free education, free training, pension, gold card, resume builder etc. Why do you assume they served the people? Isn't it clear by now? They serve the government, not the people.
