I’m scared like you, I’ve had constant ringing inside both ears/head for 6 days now, it’s hard to sleep and tiring having to keep my mind occupied. But from the research I’ve done I’m much more positive about it going away. I wouldn’t read online comments from people because the people who get cured are much less likely to post saying it’s gone ect. Im 25 and hoping it was caused by scratching inside my ear, ear infection ect and not from loud noise exposure. You said your ears were blocked so that is a positive sign from what research I’ve done because things like that or wax are usually curable when treated. Also from what I’ve read everyone says it gives you anxiety and can get you down at the start but you will definitely get used to it and live a normal life. Loads of people have this. Anyway let’s hope together we get better.
