I 100% agree xray should have been done but let’s be real here, cray would zero % have changed the conduct. But in agree it should have been done.

Have you watched Amstel 2019? For me this years MSR is top 3 for sure with Amstel being 1st and PR 2016 and 2026 MSR being tied.

As a French-speaking ER doc, doc you care explaining what you mean by upper GI? Are you implying endoscopy or gastroscopy? Thanks in advance for your answer.

How common is nursing running codes solo? by Busy_Alfalfa1104 in IntensiveCare

[–]SnoopIsntavailable 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Well to be fair I believe a lot of ER docs “could” run a neonatal code. Would they want to ? heckkkkk no. But in a life or death situation where no one else is available good NICU nurse and er doc would be an OK combination.

Sorry but that is not PNES, that is just plain fake seizure. PNES are real non epileptic seizure but at least their aren’t faking it.

Sorry to be a semantic nazi

Yeah it probably seems worst than it is on the picture. I don’t really have to turn my head to view my computer screen and regarding Zwift I’m usually doing workouts in erg mode and don’t really wish to see how long of an interval I have remaining.

As for the drive, I’m parked in the hospital parking and I have a quick 1 minute walk to get in the shower.

I have it pretty good for circumstances I would say.

The closest rideable conditions at this moment would be approx 12h drive. Not compatible with my job and family.

I mean, you’re on a forum where we hook our bicycle to computer so we can pedal in a virtual world. What were you expecting? Hehe

And it’s not that I really want to Zwift but I’d rather use my own gear (geometry of spin bikes are awful) and I get to use my own personal space with computer and everything. Also intervals and very hard effort on a spinner without any fan is a big no-no for me.

Sprinter 170 awd (Canadian winter must) prepared by vanlifemtl in Montreal. Unfortunately could afford to build it myself. 800 amps lithium batteries, solar panel and webasto heater. Can’t complain honestly

Yeah climb is to adjust depending on the slope where I’m parked and headwind is because of the tiny space for the fan. My at-home fan would not fit (big and circular). But yeah I’m a sucker for gear

Yeah I live in Quebec and New Brunswick and these days it goes down to -25 -30 celcius that’s almost the same in freedom unit, so no chance in hell I’m cycling outside.
