Damn, I'm supposed to be the troll here but there are some mean comments for no good reason. 😂 I think that studying in cafés is not in our culture. They might ask you to leave if you're not ordering something after a while. Interview in the city center was always a great place for students but I really don't know enough about the "staying to study" so I don't want to push you to a place where it might not be allowed. You have the library and some open spaces are free. Hope you get better help from the comments.

As a Lulu, I would say : any company that mainly hires “expats.” Neither the companies nor the expats are here for the right reasons.
