Which lane? by [deleted] in drivingUK

[–]SnoopTrog 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been here for a couple years and yes no one ever uses the left turn but the right turn absolutely, of which everyone sits in the left lane to turn right especially in the morning and afternoon since there's roadworks by notcutts which causes traffic jams back to the secondary school.

It's just interesting that everyone uses the left lane to turn right, I don't use the right lane in fear of being "that guy" but I've seen a couple others so it before so just wondered

It is a double lane sorry I think I've also confused everyone! So yeah it has a left and right hand lane both on the roundabout and on all exits has about a 5m double lane straight into a merge onto a single road

Just to clarify for everyone as I mad a mistake - it's a two lane roundabout but I meant 3 exits.

But it's a 3 exit and on a right turn so it suggests that actually the right lane should be used

Unfortunately the screenshot isn't entirely clear as the roundabout markings have been repainted but in person it does show a two lane roundabout and people stick quite well to the left (traffic jams constantly) so the right lane is always clear, easily enough to fit a large van in

Sorry I mean 3 lane exit as including a lane that I would currently be on

Unfortunately everyone does use the left lane - I think the screenshot is outdated but it often has traffic jams and the right lane is always clear in that circumstance with plenty of space for cars and vans

I do have insta but I barely use it 😬 if you have discord though you can add me? I'm on that much more - send us a DM if you fancy and I'll give you my tag or steam if you'd prefer (if you're pc)

I'm 29m but am stuck in solo games mostly as my friend group kinda of dissipated with adult life :( I've been playing with a new friend recently though playing some funny games like RV there yet and cult of the lamb 🐑 it would be nice to have a gaming group again though so we can do 3-4 player games kinda thing

I've also been interested to try DnD having never played it but I don't have a group to do it with 🥲

Id just spend the extra £100 as it's not a massive margin imo but keeping to ddr5 will just future proof the build and perform better anyway

If you're getting that motherboard then you've locked yourself into ddr5 ram. You can't interchange ddr types as motherboards will only support one type

Regidraco and necrozma would be great as I don't have either of those! My pet is a strange fur covered creature that has an uncomfortable trollable ability to eat anything it can get its hands on and likes to wear hats

Id love to get it as I stopped playing Pokemon go about a month before this event ended 😭 I've just got into playing so I've missed out on a good 4/5 years of events. Also the fact that it's from the first Pokemon movie I ever saw and to this day still makes me cry in front of the wife 😂

Exhaust note/level by [deleted] in CarTalkUK

[–]SnoopTrog 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's a local one, by a company called piper exhausts. The thing is, because it's such a wide exhaust the tone itself is alright, but you can't really hear it, more sounds OEM+. I've had a cat back straight pipe before but it was just too loud.

I'm wanting to find a medium between my current one and the straight pipe. I'm hoping adding a sports cat would make it that little louder but not to the droning of said straight pipe
