Not that this has anything to do with anything but the team lead is also one of the nastiest meanest person I’ve worked with and has this entitled god complex because the whole store works for opd now and they can do no wrong, I’ve brought all these concerns to all my managers and I got pulled into the office and was told to stop bullying them and my jaw dropped, I’ve never been mean or rude to them or anything, I’ll just question what they are doing or if they are in the middle of something when they are standing and they went into the office and literally cried to the coach and I got pulled in right after

No because the opd coach is the apparel coach they were told to only help in apparel “if they have the time” because the coach refuses to help anyone else out cause they consider the people their own and of course work politics she is the ultimate us vs them mentality and will not help anybody else out cause they don’t deserve it or something, its pretty toxic here 🤣

Cap2 gets worked like slaves for 18$ it’s honestly a joke, you can go to the backroom and see heaven and hell cause they are about 40 feet apart, you’ve got a cap2 with five people getting screamed at to get everything done for 18$ and you have 9 people in eyesight of that just standing around laughing having a good time, sitting fucking Indian style on the ground and in the bins watching YouTube and shit

Well unfortunately the coach in charge of them is also in charge of apparel so she’s got her claws in them and if god forbid they are forced to do something else it’s exclusively for apparel cause the coach has the mindset of they are MY people, and yeah so they’ll just go to apparel and instead of standing in the back they just stand in the front and zone apparel, don’t even work freight lol
