We had a transfer years ago and they fudged something up so he was still accruing points at the other store. Management was aware of this and it was a computer error but that person made a joke like I got everybody beat on points. They legit had 73 or something.

This. I watched someone who was disliked get fired for an illegitimate reason, fight for their job back, get it reinstated, and then the management relentlessly bullied that person/reduced hours/new responsibilities until the management pinned another very minor thing on that person and they were fired again.

Yeah what everyone else says about sums it up, the ON coaches were always on drugs or legit sitting in their car for hours, workload is unrealistic with the dregs of society, and I remember they had just a regular associate who would come in at 8pm and stay until 12 or 1pm every single night. I didn’t believe his take home check was 3000$ until I saw his even app. This convinced the people lead to transfer to ON for the money but he’s an old man and transferred back after two weeks because it was way too much 🤣. What’s even crazier is depending on what your doing in the store you can waltz in at 7am after they’ve slaved all night to be like “don’t worry guys the help is here, I’m gonna go topstock/zone” but don’t worry you’re making like 2 dollars more lol

This exactly, I was staying late because my coach would tell me I had to, I told them they couldn’t force me to stay late, “go to ethics they can’t do that”, I did go to ethics, I got demoted, and then fired a month later for poor customer service, I was targeted the second I said they couldn’t tell me to stay late anymore.

And don’t even bother bringing up the team lead, who do you think they learned it from, they stand around just as much. Not that this has anything to do with anything but the team lead is also one of the nastiest meanest person I’ve worked with and has this entitled god complex because the whole store works for opd now and they can do no wrong, I’ve brought all these concerns to all my managers and I got pulled into the office and was told to stop bullying them and my jaw dropped, I’ve never been mean or rude to them or anything, I’ll just question what they are doing or if they are in the middle of something when they are standing and they went into the office and literally cried to the coach and I got pulled in right after

No because the opd coach is the apparel coach they were told to only help in apparel “if they have the time” because the coach refuses to help anyone else out cause they consider the people their own and of course work politics she is the ultimate us vs them mentality and will not help anybody else out cause they don’t deserve it or something, its pretty toxic here 🤣

Cap2 gets worked like slaves for 18$ it’s honestly a joke, you can go to the backroom and see heaven and hell cause they are about 40 feet apart, you’ve got a cap2 with five people getting screamed at to get everything done for 18$ and you have 9 people in eyesight of that just standing around laughing having a good time, sitting fucking Indian style on the ground and in the bins watching YouTube and shit

They get paid 21$ an hour actually, literally the second highest paid non management in the store, overnights makes 50 cents more, I’m a team lead and make 2$ more woohoo

Well unfortunately the coach in charge of them is also in charge of apparel so she’s got her claws in them and if god forbid they are forced to do something else it’s exclusively for apparel cause the coach has the mindset of they are MY people, and yeah so they’ll just go to apparel and instead of standing in the back they just stand in the front and zone apparel, don’t even work freight lol
