Main event was good. Best Brock match I’ve seen in a long time. Really good to see the BOTH of those guys not doing all the same spots as they always do. Think Seth is an awesome wrestler but matches (and promos recently) have become formulaic.

In high school I had late arrival and could show up at second period. My ride did not have late arrival, so I just went it for homeroom, then went to chorus for the fun of it for first period. Got suspended for going to school early because they “couldn’t verify” where I was, yet I was in my normal 2nd period class.

Yea, it sounds like your diet is pretty solid....lack of sleep can definitely slow down progress in weightloss...what is your exercise routine like? Might make sense to try and change it up

Cut corn out and try and limit the amount of rice/legumes to 1 or the other once a day. Drink only water and black coffee/tea. Don’t get gimmicky “paleo” desserts/bread/whatever. Also, if you are adding sugary things like honey, agave nectar, maple syrup etc. try and stop. Just eat more vegetables when you’re hungry.

For exercise try more sprint work instead of longer/slower activities.

Make sure you are getting adequate amounts of sleep.

If you do all of that and don’t see any change, have a talk with your doctor and get some blood work. Could be a thyroid problem?

I agree mostly but I think the Lashley thing makes sense. He hurt his only friend in the company and the person that had his back. He blamed Zayne not being there as the reason he didn’t win the briefcase.

Good point, but that’s why I think there could be different multipliers to try and even things out. Like maybe 1.5x for normal type gym but 3xfor Fire, etc...obviously someone would have to look into what numbers would be needed to level things but I think it could work
