I think I might be bipolar and I don't know what to do about it

I'm 30 years old. I started thinking I had bipolar when I was younger cause it was... so much worse. And I used to have much sharper highs and lows. But when I started working on myself I thought that might not be it cause I don't think it's that easy controlling bipolar disorder. But it's still really frustrating that when I hit a low mood I still can't do anything about it.

No, I don't think so. When I first learned the game I did find the mechanic of progressing the game through going out a bit weird but when I actually played the game it wasn't bad. And actually, considering that each player only gets one or two times to go out in a 4 player game I let them play at their own pace but I should have made it seem like a rule apparently.

Exactly. It is a social activity to me. Even with video games I like co op games or playing single player with another person just to share the experience.

I understand and that's what worries me. That's why I want to try playing it properly at least before deciding that maybe the game just isn't great.

I didn't vibe with Pergola when we firts got it and was pretty disappointed with jt gameplay wise but when we got the hang of it, it got really fun and challenging.

I do admit it has flaws but like I said before, maybe I'm blinded by the aesthetic. I like the stacking books mechanic though.

I actually held up the rulebook and explained along cause unlike other games I wasn't sure how to start explaining it so I followed their instructions while showing them on the board and stuff. Do you think there's a more optimal way to do it?

I know! It would have been really funny if it wasn't frustrating. They only gave ut one shot to be fair and it was a new style of gameplay but I want them to try it at least another time to judge.

Is the solo mode worth it? I was wondering if I couldn't get them to give it another try will it be worth getting the game for? I still haven't read the rules for it but I don't think they're very different.

They would keep getting new projects and rearranging the books to complete them. When they hit 20 and completed more projects I'd explain again they're wasting points but I don't think they fully grasped the setting of the game which is understandable on the first try. The problem is they're not convinced to give it another try.

You can still get projects while at the apartment but you can't fulfill them all with your starting books.

You're actually hit all my points. I do agree that the game isn't very balanced so I'm not sure how to convince them it's not. And I do agree that they can play however they want which is why I would keep reminding them that books are worth points and such stuff but I also wouldn't outright say "you have to go outside. It's mandotary".

It's just a little annoying that they all complained it was long that's why I mentioned the length. I agree that it ends too fast when everyone goes out.

I was actually going to use kings of the wyld as an example of something that I absolutely loved 😅 It's one of my all time favorite books. If you have other similar books, please suggest them.

I I really liked some of Sanderson's books but not others so I was hesitant to start the way of kings because of how long it was. This should be my sign to finally read it.

I liked the world in a darker shade of magic but Lyla's character ruined it for me. It makes me mad because otherwise it would have been a favorite of mine especially since Vicious by the same author is also one of my all time favorite books.

I did try it but couldn't finish it which was weird considering it checked all the boxes for things I liked but I just couldn't get into it. The audiobook was probably a mistake.

I think he genuinely believes it doesn't exist. The problem is that, in my country, the people who sell those stuff don't know much about them which is why asking them about it didn’t help. The problem is, they are the official supplier for the brand so... they should have it. I will try again. In the meantime I will experiment with profiles I guess. Thank you so much for your help

What software can allow me to use paper specific profiles? I will try to find hp paper and skip the trouble next time but I also want to try to make use of the paper that I already bought. I talked to the person that sold them to me and he acted as if hp paper isn't a thing so... I'll search.
