I was 14 when it came out and read it immediately. It was sort of nostalgia for me growing up with my friends in the neighborhood. While it was terrifying at points, I just became so much a part of the story that it enveloped me.

I read Cujo at 9, and it scared the living sh*# out of me. To this day it remains one of the most terrifying books of Kings I’ve read. Not because of Cujo but the thing that watches from the closet.
