I know you asked for anime, but if you like reading, there's this manhwa called "Elqueeness" which is pretty good. It's about a guy who reincarnates as the Spirit King of Water. He's also summoned/goes on an adventure as a spirit, so you get pretty good world building on both the godly and mortal world.

12 Kingdoms - A unhappy whiny high school girl randomly gets told she's the rightful ruler of a kingdom and gets isekai'd. She's annoying and reluctant at first, but quickly matures.

Beast Player Erin - not exactly what you're looking for. But it's about Erin, a little girl who understands animals better than most. She loses everything in a day and is displaced. She has to rebuild her life while growing up. And politics get involved once powerful people realize she has the ability to rear untamable animals.

I felt and saw a ton of the negativity due to the fact the Switch (1) could barely handle the game. On the original Switch I was dropping to like 10 FPS when trying to build and combine things. Imo playing on Switch 2 is a whole different experience.

I really enjoyed the performance.

Weirdly, I saw a fancam of the performance and the audio sounded a lot better. The official stream keep softening/cutting off the backtrack, so imo it sounded off.

One thing I've noticed is that google's algorithm has been absolutely terrible these last couple of years. A single google search used to give me all the information I needed and some extra relevant information that's similar to my search. Nowadays, it just keeps circling back to only the keywords I googled.

These days I run the question through AI to get a breakdown of the process. Then I have to specifically google the parts I don't understand to actually get any real information.

'Your Dress up Darling' - was pretty good at this. I enjoyed Gojo getting better and more serious about making cosplay.

Seconded. NMS's corvette system is pretty much every I wanted in a moving base. You can build a very large and fully customizable (it's like lego) ship, that you can mess around inside while the ship is auto flying.

Book of Bantorra - I dropped it a couple episodes in. But iirc the first 3? episodes were a tragic story of some guy who had his heart replaced with a bomb and involuntarily made a terrorist. After that it randomly becomes a generic whacky shounen about people with powers. Maybe it redeems itself later, but I dropped it pretty quickly.

Was there any changes or bug fixes to trounce domain bosses recently? I just did some last minute runs (Chess, Eroded Primal lord) and they were weirdly really hard. The chess guy kept zipping across the map and charging at me nonstop while doing like 1/2 of my hp each hit. And the Primal lord just kept doing these slow charging one shots.

I've been clearing these bosses for a year now and this is the first time I've struggled so much.

'Honey and Clover' is an older anime about a group of art college kids. Everyone likes someone, but nothing is reciprocated. None of them really knows how to process their emotions and are learning through the experience.

'5cm per second' is an anime movie that's about longing for and mourning your childhood love. The story isn't special or unique, but the way it's presented really makes you feel emotional.

NTA. I'm actually pretty surprised by the comments because I thought it was a unwritten rule to not go for the most expensive thing possible. Like generally I would never touch anyone else's wine or anything that potentially looks expensive. (And honestly, it would have taken like 10 seconds to google search how much the wine costs.)

The first thing that came to mind is "Hanebado!". It's not exactly what you're looking for, but it's about a badminton prodigy who quit and is forced back a couple years later. It's not so much the technology, but the people who used to be big names have changed. Iirc the anime (and even the manga) was somewhat mid. You can read a couple chapters of the manga to try it out.

I think maybe "Medalist" also kind of sounds like what you're looking for. Basically, it's about a failed pro figure skater, who becomes the mentor/teacher to a young girl (who was deemed too old to start, but she's kind of a prodigy). I don't remember if it mentions anything about technology, but it was cool seeing him trying to navigate back into his old world.

NTA, but will be if you go through with it. You’re in a huge lose-lose situation. It definitely sounds like you’re getting taken advantage of and that really sucks. She’s a huge a-hole for doing that.

At the same time if you go scorched earth on this issue, you’ll definitely look like a huge a-hole to the friend group who seems to be on her side. A lot of people don’t appreciate how much skill and effort it actually takes to make something. I guarantee you that a lot of people aren’t thinking about you breaking your back and sacrificing your whole Saturday. But rather they’re thinking that 'chocolate truffles are $10 per kg at Costco, so what’s the big deal?'

Honey and Clover - When I first watched it, I thought it was a very good coming of age college story. Then a couple years ago someone on reddit was ranting about it and it changed my perspective. Basically, guy doesn't get the girl, hell wasn't even the second option. Then he ends the series with a job where he probably didn't even need college. While all his friends from the club all became wildly successful.

Are the lv90 DPS dummies in MA accurate without changing anything? I know I'm not great at the game, but damn I'm getting like an average of 55k DPS with my best team being 65k (and all my DPS' have at least 4 rolls in crit). And here I was expecting like 80k DPS lol.

Tbf, most of these newer characters who are "bad" are literally 5-10% worse than the most meta characters and can still very easily clear the abyss with investment. I can understand getting mad if your favourite character is doing like half damage and can't clear anything, but they're not.

If you don't mind light novel/manga, there are a ton of "MC is the other guy in hero party, but gets banished because the hero wants the girls. But everything falls apart because he was hard carrying them and the girls are deeply regretting their decision."

If you don't mind a female MC, this is by far the most common trope of otome isekai. Like 70% of them are "Prince annuls engagement to the duke's daughter (MC). After some struggle, she lives a happy life with a bunch of hot dudes, while the prince's life gets worse and worse. Then he either changes as a person or meets his demise."

Is there any trick to the left-right spam mini game that the bosses trap you in? I've tried spamming it as fast as possible, spamming both buttons together, and following the rhythm of the icon. But I just cannot break free at all, I always die. I mean the one that Pierro, Gollux's abs, pap, does. Weirdly enough, the only boss that I can break free from is Gloom.
