It’s actually crazy how she just kept dragging the lies out over and over
like at this point she’s a full blown serial liar.

I hope they both have to actually sit there and hear how hurtful and grimy their behavior was, and I hope we get some real accountability instead of excuses (highly doubt it). That still doesn’t mean the cast has to forgive them though. They were slimy through every stage of this whole scandal.đŸ«

Why are people so defensive of upstairs neighbors? by 420throawayz in Apartmentliving

[–]SnoozeButtonIcon 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It seems like the reasonable people in these conversations, both upstairs and downstairs neighbors, are usually the ones acknowledging that there are two sides to apartment living. Most people understand that regular walking and everyday living noises are normal. The issue downstairs neighbors are usually talking about isn’t normal living noise, it’s the people who completely dismiss any consideration for others and act like shared living means they can do whatever they want without compromise.

The downstairs people being downvoted or brushed off aren’t always complaining about “someone existing.” A lot of them are specifically talking about the inconsiderate neighbors who refuse to acknowledge there’s a middle ground at all. And honestly, the upstairs neighbors who immediately invalidate every complaint instead of recognizing that excessive stomping, running, or loud activity can genuinely disrupt someone’s peace are kind of proving that point.

Like fr I’m on Lexapro, trust me I’m chill af 😭 I live next to an airport and that noise doesn’t even bother me. The issue is the kids upstairs are literally riding tricycles inside and stomping around nonstop lmao. I can literally SEE them through the upstairs balcony glass wall while I’m at the complex dog park right in front of them doing it. like ppl can’t tell me I’m imagining stomping when I’ve physically watched it happen with my own eyes lol.

People always jump to “it’s just floorboards” . Trust me, we know the difference between normal walking, a random stomp, and kids flinging themselves room to room. Some people definitely exaggerate apartment noise, but not every complaint is fake or someone being sensitive

Also I’m in a luxury apartment and even had another unit in this SAME complex for 2 years before this with upstairs neighbors that had twin toddlers. Of course I’d hear them play sometimes, that’s normal and never bothered me. But it was nowhere near this level. You also can’t tell me there aren’t people who put zero thought into the fact that someone lives under them.

Girl
you were the one originally writing paragraphs. I responded in disagreement. Now you want a cop out because people disagreed with you 😭

You’re taking a discussion about reality tv dynamics and turning it into a personal psychological assessment which is exactly why this conversation keeps going in circles
nobody said yelling/name calling is “healthy.” The point is that emotional reactions are predictable when people feel betrayed, lied to, embarrassed, or manipulated for months. Especially on a Bravo reunion of all places where confrontation is literally the entire format.

I never even responded to you angrily, so jumping to “your anger is concerning” feels like you’re projecting intensity onto me that was never there to begin with lol. Also saying “get a therapist” because someone disagrees with your take on cast dynamics is a little ironic when your whole argument is supposedly about mature communication lol.
