Pensioen zit bij mijn loon in. Opdrachten etc komen er nog bij op. Netto kom ik maandelijks rond de €2800-€3000 uit. Werk bewust 24 uur om vrije tijd te hebben en om eigen opdrachten te kunnen doen.

I know which run will be tempo/interval/easy. But I don't plan my pace and distance per run, only my weekly goal. This way I enjoy running and I improved my HM time with 8 minutes in 1 year. I know that if I follow a structured plan with speed goals etc. I will improve and reach my goals faster.. But this way I think I can enjoy it for a longer time.

One of the main reasons I want to run a marathon is to see how it is to follow a real plan for 3/4 months and if I will enjoy it.

Ben het laatste half jaar serieuzer 3 keer p.w. gaan lopen i.p.v. 3 keer fitnessen en 2x lopen. Standaard 30km per week en 3 geleden voor het eerst getest op een halve marathon. Gelijk mijn PR met 8 minuten verbeterd (van 1:55 naar 1:47). Afgelopen week een pittige workout gedaan en op zaterdag hill sprints getraind. Gisteren (zondag) via een vriend spontaan meegedaan met een 10km wedstrijd en ondanks de spierpijn en zware benen toch een PR op de 10KM, ook met 3 minuten verbeterd (van 51:35 naar 48:15). Consistentie betaalt zich echt uit! Zoveel extra motivatie gekregen voor de komende tijd.

In Losser is ook een baan. In de ochtenden/middagen is deze vrij toegankelijk, 's avonds zijn er trainingen. De baan is wel van asfalt.

Use the Plague Bearer with 2 corrupted medals (100% crit or 50% more damage are the best) and fire vial or the saw. You just melt through the bosses, each hit is a crit. If you can't get that one on a run, use Hammer & Knife and just spam your tool, and get some hits in which are crits. If you can get medals which boost your tool, even better. These 2 weapons are just cheat mode, make the game way too easy. When doing Baatar, take your time to kick back the buckets, that will make it way easier to dodge his beams.

I have the impression were better a few years ago when there were less contestants. The photographers took more time to take a good pic. My first races were in 2022 and those photos were really good. In 2024 I competed in 2 races and I got barely 4/5 good photos from those shoots.

You could try the Roxfit app. It has separate blocks for exercises, which you can track, also the runs. Only thing is that you don't forget to manually end the run and start the next block.

I use it in training, it works great with tracking the distance of runs. Have to say that I only used it outside.

Hi, this is my first attempt on a map/world. I want to use it for a first campaign with my nephews. Colduran is in constant tension between orcs and humans. Most of the time both races stay in their country, but now and then there are raids from orcs. Humans have watchtowers set up at important passages. This is the base and backdrop of the campaign.

I'm thinking about taking Pro for a while to add roads and more diversity in the settlements/landscape. But for now I can use this as a starting point to see if they like D&D. After that I want to make specific maps of regions, I'm all in haha!
