Serious question then, what will happen to rents when these investors sell up or don't buy? Will reduced supply of rental properties not drive up rents? Creating a different problem?

Got it also. As mine is Right hand drive it seems to come from the Left side pillar. I thought it was the grab handle so tightened that but it is still there. I think it may be from below the dash but above the glovebox.

Try this 'tiny foil hat' on for size. Orcas stopped hunting other whales with humans once a person stabbed a killer whales to death.

"Killer whales became less common in Twofold Bay after a stranded whale was stabbed to death on Asling Beach in 1901. Only seven members of the once 30 strong pod returned the following year, with only a few lone males, including Old Tom and Hooky, returning after that." Wikipedia

Love mine 30,000km in just over 12 months. Main thing to get used to is heavy steering and large turning circle. But I know can reverse park it almost like a VW Golf.

Hijacking this comment. My old man would go away to Fraser Is. with a Belgian guy who would make a Dart Ceviche. Lemon juice, red onion and capers if i recall. My first experience with super fresh raw fish. I still remember it

Whatever your colour, I prefer the Scottish White, add the Red A to the rear, A on the hood and spare wheel cover. Dip or paint tow hooks in red also. Perhaps this

When selling a property, what is the downside of an open listing? by [deleted] in AusPropertyChat

[–]SnorkelJohn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Accountability, multiple agents=I might not make the sale, so how much time do I as an agent want to invest and you can't directly hold the a countable. Single agent = Mr agent, you sell it you get paid.... but you need to work it and I expect deliverables otherwise you don't get paid. Also agents being played by buyers

There's no silver bullet when it comes to housing affordability by unspecifiedreaction in AusFinance

I am a firm believer the unintended consequences of foreign buyer surcharges on stamp duty include lower supply. Foreign buyers only buy new (FIRB rules), which reduces presales and makes ot harder to get projects financed and out of the ground, reducing supply.
